1. To access CDMS, go to your preferred browser and enter the URL/address provided to you by the support staff. 
  2. Enter your email address and password assigned to you in the fields shown below  

 

 

  1. The first time you login, you will be prompted to change the password and enter a new one. Guidelines on password length and characters will be shown on the change password screen.
  2. After logging in, you will be required to select the facility where you are working from then click on the green “Grant Access” button shown below

 

 

  1. After choosing the appropriate facility you will be taken to the home page shown below:

 

 

This screen allows you to choose a variety of tasks to perform and also has dashboards with summaries such as patients seen and prescriptions dispensed on that particular day, these may vary depending on your user profile.
