- To access CDMS, go to your preferred browser and enter the URL/address provided to you by the support staff.
- Enter your email address and password assigned to you in the fields shown below
- The first time you login, you will be prompted to change the password and enter a new one. Guidelines on password length and characters will be shown on the change password screen.
- After logging in, you will be required to select the facility where you are working from then click on the green “Grant Access” button shown below
- After choosing the appropriate facility you will be taken to the home page shown below:
This screen allows you to choose a variety of tasks to perform and also has dashboards with summaries such as patients seen and prescriptions dispensed on that particular day, these may vary depending on your user profile.
