After logging into the system as a representative of a clinic that is requesting drugs, click on “Supply Requests” menu item at the bottom left side of your screen and click on the green button “Create Supply Request”

Search for the items you are requesting and click on “Add this item”, after which you will be asked to enter the quantity of the requested item, enter the number and click on “Submit this supply request”

The individual in charge of inventory will then be required to process this request by logging in and clicking on the “Supply Requests” menu item at the bottom left side of the screen, and clicking on the “Process Request” button on the right-hand side as shown below.

Click on the green “Dispatch” button shown below to complete the request that was created earlier, if there are many requests and they are all to be completed click on the “Dispatch All” button  

After drugs (that we’re requested on the clinic side) have been “Dispatched” by the head office or Inventory manager they have to be received by the clinician’s side, to do this log in as Clinician and go to the “Supply Requests” menu item, you will see requests with status “Dispatched” awaiting your action, click on the “Display Request” button on the right-hand side

On the new screen that will appear you will see the message “Please confirm delivery of the items listed in this request” , click on the green “Confirm Delivery” button shown below to accept these stocks into your facility, they will now be available for dispensing to the patients.
